Shipping

Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering where we have stock.  Usually this means that you will receive your products within 3-5 days of ordering but this cannot be guaranteed.  Our delivery times are an estimate only.  We are not liable for any financial loss which may incur due to a late delivery.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition* for a full refund within 7 working days of delivery.

To do so please email us BEFORE you return the item(s) at hello@nuinaturals.com. You will then be entitled to a refund from Nui Naturals, which will be paid as soon as possible, and within 30 days.

Cost of returning any item lies with the customer, and please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you are returning items due to them being damaged or incorrect we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for returning the item. Alternatively you may decide to take alternative products up to the initial value of your order.  Please enclose a valid invoice or receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Gift returns

​

We are only able to process returns and refunds with the original purchaser of the goods as refunds will be processed to this purchaser’s credit/debit card. If you are unhappy with your gift, please inform the original purchaser so that they can return the gift to us for a replacement item of the same value or full refund.

This returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item and the packaging is undamaged.
